Allow Microsoft Dynamics 365 to send on your behalf

If your FSM is not receiving Inspection reports or notifications from a NM are not being sent out, CRM needs to be configured to "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send on your behalf."

 

To change this, you will need to login to CRM.gocitywide.com on a computer as the user in question.

 

Select the Gear icon at the top right of the screen and choose options.

Navigate to the tab 'Email" and check the box, "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send on your behalf."
